How to get a facebook fanpage deleted?

there is this facebook page called "smash or toss that azz" and i think it needs to get deleted. basically what the person does is people ask to have their picture up and others say if they would smash or toss. but now the owner of the page is putting up peoples picture that she doesnt like without permission of the person. and people are saying HORRIBLE things. on some 'not gorgeous' peoples picture. its heart breaking and sad. its past an "lol" point. they are saying kill yourself. and hang yourself and etc etc. its seriously sad. how do i get this page deleted.
