Do you think it would be weird if I dyed my hair dark purple?

My hair is burgundy now, but it's fading. The next color that I am planning on dying it is dark purple. Do you think that's weird? If yes, then do you have any other suggestions? I want a color that no one else has. Also, I have a nose and lip piercing. Just saying.
