My grandpa is going to 94 what do i get for his bday?

hi i have problem my grandparents moved here from there home cause they cant take care of themselves. they are both 93. my grandpa bday is fri. i dont know what to get him. he has parkinsons and he just a bought a house which my dad and stepmom is against their doc recommended them to be in a t. living but my grandpa says hes too young. at this time my grandma is not with him she is a facilty cause she is bed ridden she has a broken pelvis, tailbone and few broken bones. she has to heal on her own. but anyways they have been through so muc since march. i want to do something for them. i have 4of their great grandchildren here and he is nearby now like a few minutes. please help me this very sad for me!!
