Why don't Islam religion execute and denounce its terrorist groups, r u hearing me Parvez?

Now, people scared of muslims, though all muslims or not criminals, but all terrorist activities only for this religion. Why don't, the leaders world wide call for a summit and denounce such criminal background people and criminalization of religion.
