There is a virus on my pc which creat virtual memory loss.. any soutions please.?

as soon as i open any window. after that my pc gimme a msg that virtual memory loss. C++ run-time error. and rest of the windows gets close automatically. no messengers no IE. nothing can be open. can anybody help??
