Anyone have advice for what to do when your hubby of 17 yrs tells you he's not in love with you anymore?

He had a vasectomy and says he's confused about his life and that he doesn't feel like he's in love with me...I think he might be going through a midlife crisis...he doesn't want a divorce or leave the home we have made...Should I give him time to figure out his head or tell him to move on...I love him so much and we've been together for 21 yrs now. I'm so lost. Please be serious as for this is a serious matter.
