Can Nintendo sue PS because of PS Move?

I very highly doubt a big company like Sony would break patents. They can be sued for a LOT. So I highly doubt it. So those people are probably wrong. Wii have probably patented the Wiimote itself (shape, layout etc). You cannot patent motion detector things. It would not be ped. These 'rumours' are probably lies. Nintendo would have picked up on their patent being broken very quickly. It would also be in the news and Sony would probably lose millions, if not billions due to being sued. They would never do that. These rumours are fake.
