What's the real reason Congress has a low approval rating?

Their salaries are way too high and come out of the tax dollars that the hard working backbone of this country go to work to earn. The only thing they do to earn this money is go on TV and radio and complain about what everyone else is not doing. If they would do THEIR job and quit griping about what someone else is not doing they could solve a lot of our problems. This goes for both parties.
