What is the one good thing that George Bush is doing now that should be carried to the next ADMINISTRATION?

He opened a lot of peoples eyes about what is really happening to our government. When he signed and ped the Intelligence Information Act in 2003 in secrecy before anyone could object, destroying another constitutional right. Even if it was unintentional it still is a good thing.
