theres a good chance your parents already know i know when that happened to me just about the same age they already knew . second of all they can't press charges until hes 18 and it seems like your parents are already cool with him hanging out so i'd just tell them beside if you don't he'll feel like your hiding your relationship from them and that you are ashamed of him
