My 2 mth old cry and screams when i put her in the car capsule,any tips or ideas...?

I hate leaving the house now,she hates being in the car capsule and pram,always wants to be held..She screams and works herslf up big time..Every one says i just have to perserver and she will get used to it eventually,Any tips or ideas on how i can fix this problem...
