I made a salad with "sweet er" lettuce, with grilled chicken, carrots, onions, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese (not much), and i used the dip fork technique on light italian dressing. I ate a lean cuisine meal which was 150 calories. then I had 1 slice of italian bread with a spread of smart balance er. Is this okay to eat? I am also drinking water. I just want to eat healthier
