Is the decline of christian "civilisation" due to Darwinism.?

What decline??? Christ has built his church and nothing will prevail against it. It's been around for over 2000 years... Darwinism is just a drop in the bucket that is fast evaporating. You'll never be able to kill the Truth found in Jesus.
