I need help deciding what dragon-type move to teach my garchomp in pokemon diamond?

I would say draco metor since its super super strong and yes delete solarbeam since it takes too long to do the move but if you had sunny day it would take a 1 turn to do solarbeam over and over till the sun goes away but i'd rather delete.
