How to dress as a rapper? (costume)?

You don't necessarily need to wear baggy clothes. Most of the newer rappers don't dress like that anymore A lot of rappers now dress more hipster/skater and wear skinny jeans and hight top skateboard shoes/chucks. Like Wiz Khalifa for example.
