How do I contact yahoo, and talk with someone about my accounts. ID has been stolen and deactivated by a hackr

My ID was stolen using some cracker program that someone has in a Christian chatroom. I cannot get into any of my accounts such as email, messenger, and personals....I am hoping they cannot view any personal info by taking this ID. I have tried to sign in under my usual ID and it says the name has been deactivated....I have not violated any terms of service...I know the people that are doing this as Ihave seen them do it before to others...I guess I should have protected my proxies with a harder pword....can anyone help???
